The house serves as a platform for the students to exhibit their skill in various activities. A multitude of co-curricular activities such as quiz contests, debates and painting competitions are held along with extracurricular activities sports,games, dance and music. Keeping in view of the above, the student of DPS,Fulbari, Siliguri will be divided into four houses – Prerna (Red), Jagriti (Blue), Pragati (Yellow) and Kirti (Green):
PRERNA (RED)

This beautiful quote adopted from Bhagvad Gita emphasizes that one must focus on the right to work and not be concerned with results that work will bring. It urges us to do our duty and be detached from the outcome.
JAGRITI (BLUE)
Ahinsa Parmo Dharma – Non-violence is the highest Virtue
This Sanskrit phrase that was a favourite of Mahatma Gandhi, states that Non-Violence is the ultimate and supreme duty of all mankind. It emphasizes the unconditional and universal acceptance of non-violence under all circumstances.
PRAGATI (YELLOW)
Udyamen Hi Sidyhyanti Karyani – Hardwork is the key to Success
There is no substitute for hardwork. Goals in life can be achieved not simply by dreaming but rather only through personal effort and hardwork.
KIRTI (GREEN)
Kirtiyasya Seh Jeevati – Legacy is Immortal
This emphasizes that only he who does good deeds of benevolence, charity and sacrifice is remembered and praised for eternity. Through such deeds, man becomes truly immortal and his name lives forever.
Participating in various inter-house competitions not only gives the students a chance to display their talent but also helps them learn valuable lessons on teamwork and selfless service. The houses will have separate uniforms and house flags.
